About

It Captivates with Its Natural Beauty

Emirhan Cliffs offer an alternative for those looking to escape the city’s hustle and bustle and spend time alone with nature in the cool air. Nature enthusiasts visiting the cliffs can go hiking and climbing among the rugged cliffs and participate in photo safaris. They can observe small waterfalls, mountain goats, an observation tower carved into the rock, and the ruins of a monastery of unknown origin built atop the cliffs. Formed when a structure that had settled horizontally approximately 25–30 million years ago was tilted vertically by tectonic movements, these cliffs are considered one of our country’s most significant natural wonders.
