The building is constructed entirely of cut stone and reflects the architecture of the late Ottoman period.
The building, which extends westward and northward, has an L-shaped floor plan. The corner where the two wings meet serves as the building’s center of gravity. In this three-story structure, the third floor consists of a single room; on the second floor, two rooms are added on either side of this space; and on the ground floor, the wings extend as single-story structures with multiple rooms.
The building rises in stages from the corner. The building’s corner tower is octagonal in shape.
